We are a grant-making charity supporting community projects in the Craven area. This covers parts of North and West Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria.
The Craven and Beamsley Trusts are there to support community-based projects and individual cases of hardship in our area.
We know how difficult it is for many smaller groups and organisations to access funding, particularly if they are based in rural districts. So we have set out to make our application process as simple and straightforward as possible.
That means that we will fund many types of project, including work to support people of all ages, building improvements and environmental, artistic or sporting activities. For example, you can apply to us for grants for:
» equipment and resources to help you deliver services or administer your group
» training for volunteers and trustees
» setting up a new project
If you would like to discuss your ideas before applying for funding, you can call our administrator via switchboard on (01535) 665258 or email enquiries@craventrust.org.uk.
